Homefun will be assigned to all students as follows:

• Daily homefun is due the following day.
• Weekly homefun is due Friday.
• Monthly homefun is due the last day of the month.

Homefun is never meant to be an overly frustrating experience for your child.  Rather, homefun is provided to reinforce what was learned in class that day.  My goal is for your child to want to come home and show you what he or she learned at school.  Your attention, interest, and enthusiasm towards your child's work will payoff in the days, months, and years to come. 

Your child will have opportunities to earn free homefun passes at school.  Please use these passes when extra-curricular or family obligations conflict with the completion of homefun.

I firmly believe that children need to have fun too!  Homefun should not take longer than 35 minutes each night.  If it does, please contact me so I can modify as appropriate.
